Welcome to some free Pilates On Demand

We all have times when getting to a studio is just not possible. That's why having access to some classes is a great resource to have. Just for you we are providing a snippet of our on demand classes that we have prepared earlier. 

When watching and participating in these classes you must go at your own pace and move to your abilities and what they are at the time of practice. You agree that you are practicing at your own risk and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health and wellbeing.

Pilates Mat

A purely mat class, easily accessible with Joseph Pilates intention behind this class. You will feel stronger, more mobile and accomplished from this class. Adjust as needed to your needs and abilities. Find cushions or balls to support your neck, shoulders and hips, bands and perhaps some leg weights for the roll ups on the mat to help you keep your ankles on the mat.

Pilates on a chair! Not a Wunda

Using a regular home chair and a resistance band, get a full whole body workout from head to toe. Feel challenged, stretched and the whole Pilates experience.

Stretch to calm the nervous system

Feel totally relaxed after this stretch session. You will be stretching from head to toe. These long holds are a way to increase range over time and to calm the nervous system. This is a session intended for the end of day to help with sleep.


Do not do this type of stretching BEFORE exercise. This will be counterproductive.

Intro to cardio fitness

This quick class is designed to help you begin and get used to doing some cardio vascular workouts. It will make you puff and sweat, hopefully. Well, that is the aim. Begin at your pace and gradually build up as you do the class again and again. As you progress, you will be able to do the exercises faster than when you first began. This may take time, so be patient with yourself. It's important to do cardio vascular workouts as this helps our internal processes run smoothly, just like our strength workouts do too. Make sure you have a clear space to do this class, without any trip hazards. If you need to be next to a wall, sturdy table, chair or counter to keep yourself stable, feel free to use these tools to help yourself to increase your fitness. Enjoy the class and repeat. :)
