We understand why your health is a number one priorityNicole was diagnosed with scoliosis in her early teens, which was at the time treated as something to be concerned about. Also during her teens Nicole discovered that running helped her feel better both physically and emotionally, especially when things were tough.
Skip forward to early 20's Nicole was told by "health professionals" to stop running or she was bound to do some everlasting damage. After listening to this advice in fear of causing damage, Nicole began to feel intense pain. So intense that at times all she could do was to lie on a bed with an ice pack for hours at a time. On a mission to LIVE life freely and do the things she loved, Nicole discovered Pilates. She quickly fell in love with the practice and the philosophy of Joseph Pilates who wrote. "Physical fitness in the first requisite of happiness." |
