Semi Private Clinical Pilates Classes
Like to work out with others? Or like to work out a few times a week. The Small Group Clinical Pilates session is for you. With just 4 people per session you will still get a class tailored to you and your needs of the day.
Small Group Circuit Classes
Are you practiced in Pilates? Would you still like to get a great Pilates workout in a small group scenario.
Pilates Apparatus circuits are fun and engaging. They have you moving around the room using different apparatus to work the entire body in different ways.
Circuits run for a calendar month, so you can get used to them, then be challenged by them and perhaps even add more challenge along the way.
Class sizes are still small so you have my eyes on you, assisting you through the exercises and giving you those tips and tools to help you use Pilates as it was intended.
VIIT Circuits are slightly different
You may have heard of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. Designed to get the heart rate up with intervals, and strength components to add the extra workload for muscle strength building and body fat burning.
In a VIIT session your interval can either be High Intensity (get your heart rate higher so you puff) or a Lower Intensity (strength work that will still mean you get use similar techniques, just no puffing). The choice is yours which intensity you choose and you can mix it up if you like.
Passion and Purpose
I have a passion to help people through Pilates.
My passion for Pilates really began back in 2008-09. It was after the birth of my second child and my body needed something different to what I was doing. (What I was doing was being a busy Mum of a toddler and a baby, a lot of walking, running and some swimming). I was really run down and became unwell. I needed something that was going to help be restore my battery. It was Pilates.
My purpose behind building my studio is to help as many people as I can.
I have practiced at many gyms and studios and have met great teachers at these places. But, when it came to opening my own studio I wanted to create something different. Something that was scaled down, so every person in the room feels as important as the next, ensuring they don't get lost in the crowd.
I also wanted to create a space that was about the practice, about the mind body connection and not the Instagrammable moments.
I wanted to create something that showed each and every client that they are capable no matter what stage they are at or what else they are tackling in their day to day.
