Skip forward to early 20's Nicole was told by "health professionals" to stop running or she was bound to do some everlasting damage. After listening to this advice in fear of causing damage, Nicole began to feel intense pain. So intense that at times all she could do was to lie on a bed with an ice pack for hours at a time. On a mission to LIVE life freely and do the things she loved, Nicole discovered Pilates. She quickly fell in love with the practice and the philosophy of Joseph Pilates who wrote. "Physical fitness in the first requisite of happiness." |

Celebrating our little Sanctuary Community Members
Circuit classes are designed to be balanced and work on different aspects of what Pilates can do for us.
Are all elements that are used in the design of a circuit. To keep things fresh, the circuit changes monthly. So, you get a change to learn and improve on the exercises each month, then move on before it becomes stale. We do get chances to revisit circuits, that then helps us improve more. And all of the exercises are Pilates, so when you get accustomed to the Pilates movements you will see them throughout each circuit each month. Plus to mix it up, we have the VIIT circuit. Which is an interval bases Pilates session, where you get to choose between a high impact interval, or a strength based interval. Sound like the challenge you’re after? Book your consultation now. |

All care is taken to keep all surfaces, apparatus, props and other studio items clean and sanitised.
Every piece of equipment, all props and mats are sanitised after every session.
