NDIS Participants
We have a number of NDIS participants that are able to use their plans for our services. If you are unsure about your plan access please contact your plan management team.

Chronic and Permanent Conditions
We are able to work with people who have chronic (lasting more than 3 months) and permanent conditions. We are aware of how to adjust our exercise prescription to suit the needs of the person over time and on the day.

Pre and Post Natal women
We are able to work with women throughout the pregnancy process. We strongly recommend that people wanting to become pregnant begin exercising prior to pregnancy. Exercise during and after pregnancy is great for both mum and bub.

Peri Menopause & Post Menopausal Women
This time of life is a big adjustment for many women. Remaining active and healthy is important for the body as it adjusts to the changes that are occurring, as with any time of change in life. Keeping active and doing resistance exercise is important for bone health, which is of special concern at this time of life.

In your sessions we will always be delivering you the best of Clinical Pilates through our mixed apparatus and other props to help you gain strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance and control. All to help you feel great, improve sleep and mood as well as to help you manage stress and pain.
We encourage people to put their health first so they can do what they do, tirelessly. Helping them to move fearlessly and realise they are capable of more than they know.
