little Sanctuary Pilates is the leading Boutique Clinical Pilates Studio for mum's who want to increase strength, confidence, manage pain and stress. In your sessions we will always be delivering you the best of Clinical Pilates through our mixed apparatus and other props to help you gain strength, mobility, balance, coordination , endurance and control. All to help you feel great, improve sleep and mood as well as to help you manage stress and pain.
We encourage mums to put their health first so they can do what they do, tirelessly. Helping them to move fearlessly and realise they are capable of more than they know.

We understand why your health is a number one priorityNicole was diagnosed with scoliosis in her early teens, which was at the time treated as something to be concerned about. Also during her teens Nicole discovered that running helped her feel better both physically and emotionally, especially when things were tough.
Skip forward to early 20's Nicole was told by "health professionals" to stop running or she was bound to do some everlasting damage. After listening to this advice in fear of causing damage, Nicole began to feel intense pain. So intense that at times all she could do was to lie on a bed with an ice pack for hours at a time. On a mission to LIVE life freely and do the things she loved, Nicole discovered Pilates. She quickly fell in love with the practice and the philosophy of Joseph Pilates who wrote. "Physical fitness in the first requisite of happiness." |

I know Mum's put themselves last, because I'm one too. I truly believed for years that serving others before myself meant that I was being the best mum possible. It wasn't until I got sick myself that I realised (with the help of my GP) that if I didn't put my health first I wasn't able to really be the best I could be in order to help others.

How we are looking after you?
All care is taken to keep all surfaces, apparatus, props and other studio items clean and sanitised.
Every piece of equipment, all props and mats are sanitised after every session.
The studio is completely cleaned several times each week for the safety of all.
Staff are wearing masks to instruct sessions where practical & strict hygiene is adhered to at all times.
